03 — 30% Upfront

A 30% upfront payment reserves your project and allows work to begin.

04 — We Create

Your character or fursona artwork is developed around the agreed brief and creative direction.

05 — Review & Changes

Once the artwork is ready for review, you can provide feedback and request reasonable changes related to the original project brief.

06 — Final Approval & Delivery

After you review and approve the completed artwork, the remaining 70% payment is due. Final files are delivered after the remaining balance has been received.

Reasonable revisions related to the original brief are welcome during the project. We want the final artwork to feel right rather than leaving you with something that is only “almost” what you imagined.
