AR Craftix Delivery Policy
This AR Craftix Delivery Policy explains how completed digital artwork, designs, animation projects, emotes, branding, banners, streaming graphics, and other custom creative projects are delivered to clients. Our goal is to keep the delivery process clear from project confirmation through review, final approval, payment, and delivery of the completed files.
Because every AR Craftix project is customized around the client’s individual requirements, project completion and delivery times may vary depending on the complexity, details, revisions, and overall scope of the work.
Digital Project Delivery
AR Craftix primarily provides custom creative and digital services. Completed project files are provided digitally using the delivery method communicated or agreed upon for the individual project.
Digital Projects May Include:
- Character and fursona artwork
- Digital artwork
- Custom emotes
- Streaming graphics
- Logo and branding designs
- Banners and social media graphics
- Animation videos
- Character reference sheets
- Other custom creative projects
How the Delivery Process Works
AR Craftix follows a clear project process before the final files are delivered.
01 — Project Requirements
The client provides the project brief, references, requirements, preferred style, and other relevant information required to begin the project.
02 — 30% Upfront Payment
A 30% upfront payment is required to reserve the project and begin the work.
03 — Project Creation
AR Craftix creates the artwork, design, animation, or other agreed creative work according to the confirmed project requirements.
04 — Review & Changes
Once the work is ready for review, the client can review the project and request reasonable changes related to the original brief.
05 — Final Approval
After the requested reasonable revisions have been completed, the client reviews and approves the finished work.
06 — Remaining 70% Payment
Once the completed work has been reviewed and approved, the remaining 70% payment becomes due.
07 — Final File Delivery
Final project files are delivered after the remaining balance has been received.
Final File Delivery
Final file delivery takes place after the completed work has been reviewed and approved and the remaining project balance has been paid.
This payment structure allows the client to review the completed work before paying the final 70%.
Before Final Delivery:
- The agreed project work should be completed.
- The client should review the completed project.
- Reasonable revisions related to the original brief should be resolved.
- The client should provide final approval.
- The remaining 70% payment should be received.
Project Delivery Time
The project delivery time may vary from one project to another because AR Craftix provides custom-made creative services rather than identical ready-made products.
A simple project may require less production time than a detailed character illustration, reference sheet, complete streaming package, complex animation, or other highly customized project.
Delivery Time May Depend On:
- Project type
- Artwork complexity
- Level of detail required
- Number of characters or design elements
- Background requirements
- Animation length and complexity
- Amount of customization required
- Revision requests
- Changes to the original project scope
- Client response and approval time
Estimated Deadlines
If a particular deadline is important to your project, please provide it when submitting your project request.
AR Craftix may review the requested deadline together with the project scope and requirements before confirming whether the timeline is practical.
A requested deadline should not be considered guaranteed unless it has been specifically confirmed as part of the project agreement.
Revisions and Delivery Time
Clients can request reasonable revisions related to the original project brief during the creative process.
Revision requests may affect the final delivery time, particularly when additional creative work is required.
Revisions May Affect Delivery When:
- Several changes are requested at the same time.
- Additional details need to be created or adjusted.
- New references are provided after work has started.
- The project requires additional review stages.
- The requested changes go beyond the original project brief.
Changes to the Original Project Scope
Clients should provide accurate project requirements and references before work begins.
If the original project scope changes significantly after work has started, the project price and delivery time may also change.
Scope Changes May Include:
- A completely different concept
- Additional characters or subjects
- New backgrounds or scenes
- Major redesign requests
- Additional graphics or project elements
- Significant changes to previously agreed requirements
Major scope changes may require additional charges and a revised delivery estimate.
Client Responsibilities for On-Time Delivery
Client communication is also an important part of completing a custom project efficiently.
Clients Should:
- Provide accurate project requirements.
- Send clear and relevant reference materials.
- Provide important project details before work begins.
- Respond to project questions within a reasonable time.
- Review submitted work and provide feedback when requested.
- Confirm final approval when satisfied with the completed work.
- Pay the remaining balance when the completed project has been approved.
Delays in receiving required information, feedback, approval, or payment may also affect final delivery.
Final Payment and Delivery
AR Craftix uses a 30% upfront and 70% after-approval payment structure.
Standard Payment & Delivery Structure:
- 30% Upfront: Reserves the project and allows work to begin.
- Creation: The project is created according to the agreed brief.
- Review: The client reviews the completed work.
- Revisions: Reasonable changes related to the original brief can be requested.
- Approval: The client approves the completed project.
- 70% Final Payment: The remaining balance is paid after approval.
- Final Delivery: The completed final files are delivered after payment is received.
You do not pay the final 70% until you have reviewed and approved the completed work.
File Formats and Project Files
The type of final files provided may depend on the service ordered and the requirements agreed upon for the project.
If you require a particular file format or specific project output, please discuss this before or during project confirmation so the requirement can be reviewed.
File Requirements Should Be Communicated For:
- Artwork dimensions
- Image format requirements
- Transparent backgrounds where required
- Banner or social media dimensions
- Logo usage requirements
- Animation or video output requirements
- Other project-specific delivery requirements
Delivery Delays
Although AR Craftix aims to complete projects according to the agreed requirements and expected timeline, circumstances may occasionally affect project progress.
Possible Causes of Delays May Include:
- Major changes to the original project scope
- Additional revision requests
- Missing or incomplete project information
- Delays in client feedback or approval
- Complexity beyond the original requirements
- Other circumstances affecting completion of the project
If a significant issue affects the completion of a project, AR Craftix aims to communicate with the client regarding the situation.
Approval Before Final Delivery
Clients are encouraged to review the completed work carefully before giving final approval.
Before Approving a Project, Please Check:
- Overall artwork or design
- Character details
- Colors and visual elements
- Text and spelling where applicable
- Dimensions where relevant
- Requested project details
- Any agreed revisions
Final approval confirms that the client is satisfied with the completed project and is ready to proceed with the remaining payment and final file delivery.
