These AR Craftix Terms and Conditions explain the general terms that apply when you use our website, request a quote, submit a commission, or hire AR Craftix for artwork, design, animation, branding, streaming graphics, banners, or other custom creative services.

By submitting a project request, placing an order, making an upfront payment, or confirming a project with AR Craftix, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the terms applicable to your project.

AR Craftix Creative Services

AR Craftix provides custom creative services developed around each client’s individual vision, references, requirements, and project scope.

  • Character reference sheets
  • Couple artwork

Project Requests and Quotations

Clients should provide clear and accurate information when requesting a project or quotation.

Project pricing may vary depending on complexity, level of detail, number of creative elements, backgrounds, animation requirements, and other project-specific requirements.

Clients May Be Asked to Provide:

  • Reference images
  • Preferred style
  • Colors and visual preferences
  • Character or branding information
  • Budget
  • Preferred deadline
  • Additional project requirements

A quotation applies to the project scope and requirements discussed at the time the quote is provided. Any significant changes to the original requirements may result in a revised quotation.

Payment Policy

AR Craftix follows a clear and transparent payment structure for commissioned projects.

A 30% upfront payment is required before work begins. This upfront payment reserves the project and allows AR Craftix to begin working according to the agreed project brief.

The remaining 70% payment is due only after the completed work has been reviewed and approved by the client.

Final project files are delivered after the remaining balance has been received.

Standard Payment Process

  2. Project Creation: AR Craftix begins working according to the agreed project brief, references, and requirements.
  3. Review & Changes: The client reviews the completed work and may request reasonable changes related to the original brief.
  4. Final Approval: The client confirms approval when satisfied with the completed work.
  5. Remaining 70%: The remaining 70% payment becomes due after the completed work has been reviewed and approved.
  6. Final Delivery: Final files are delivered after the remaining balance has been received.

You do not pay the final 70% until you have reviewed and approved the completed work.

Clients can request changes during the project.

AR Craftix allows clients to provide feedback and request reasonable changes that remain related to the original project brief.

Our goal is to create a result that the client is satisfied with before final approval.

Final project files are delivered after the completed work has been approved and the remaining project balance has been received.

If a client has an important deadline, it should be communicated before or while placing the order so AR Craftix can determine whether the requested timeline is practical.

Refund Terms

Refund eligibility depends on the project’s current stage and the amount of work already completed.

Once substantial work has been completed, the upfront payment may become non-refundable.

Copyright & Usage Policy

Artwork and creative work produced by AR Craftix remains subject to applicable copyright and usage conditions.

Purchasing or commissioning artwork does not automatically provide unlimited resale, redistribution, reproduction, or commercial usage rights unless those rights have been specifically agreed upon.

Copyright & Usage Terms

  • Clients cannot claim commissioned artwork as artwork they personally created.
  • Artwork created by AR Craftix cannot be resold without appropriate permission or rights.
  • Artwork cannot be redistributed without appropriate permission or rights.
  • Commercial usage is not automatically included unless specifically agreed upon.
  • Commercial usage rights can be discussed separately with AR Craftix.
  • Additional licensing or usage requirements should be discussed before the project begins.

If you intend to use commissioned artwork commercially, resell it, redistribute it, incorporate it into products for sale, or require another specific usage arrangement, please discuss the required rights with AR Craftix before confirming the project.

Portfolio Policy

AR Craftix may display completed client projects as examples of our creative work.

Completed projects may be displayed on the AR Craftix website, portfolio, and official social media channels for portfolio, promotional, or showcase purposes.

By commissioning AR Craftix, the client acknowledges that completed work may be displayed by AR Craftix unless the client requests confidentiality.

Portfolio Usage Terms

  • Completed projects may be displayed in the AR Craftix website portfolio.
  • Completed projects may be shared on AR Craftix social media accounts.
  • AR Craftix may use completed work to demonstrate examples of its creative services.
  • Portfolio use does not mean AR Craftix may transfer or sell the client’s project to another client.
  • Clients who do not want their project displayed publicly should inform AR Craftix before or while placing the order.
  • Clients requiring confidentiality or private project handling should communicate this requirement as early as possible.

If you do not want your completed project displayed on the AR Craftix website, portfolio, or social media channels, please inform us before or while placing your order.

Project Acceptance Policy

AR Craftix reserves the right to accept or decline project requests according to the nature, requirements, feasibility, available services, and guidelines of the requested work.

A Project May Be Declined When:

  • The requested work falls outside our available services.
  • The project requirements cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
  • The provided information is insufficient to properly define the project.
  • The project does not fit AR Craftix guidelines.
  • The requested timeline cannot reasonably be met.
  • The project requirements are significantly different from the services AR Craftix provides.

Submitting a project request does not automatically guarantee that AR Craftix will accept the project.

Reference Images and Client Materials

Clients may provide reference images, artwork, sketches, branding, logos, documents, or other materials to explain their project requirements.

Clients should provide materials they are authorized to use for the purpose of the project.

Reference material is used to understand the intended direction, style, details, and requirements of the commissioned work.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the materials they provide do not knowingly violate the rights of another person or organization.

Communication

Clear communication helps avoid unnecessary delays and misunderstandings during custom creative projects.

Clients Are Encouraged To:

  • Provide important details before work begins.
  • Respond to project questions when additional information is needed.
  • Provide clear revision feedback.
  • Inform AR Craftix promptly if project requirements change.

Delays in communication, project information, references, feedback, approval, or payment may affect project completion and final delivery.

Final Approval

Clients should review the completed work carefully before providing final approval.

Once the client is satisfied, final approval allows the project to proceed to final payment and file delivery.

The remaining 70% payment becomes due after approval, and final files are delivered after the remaining balance has been received.
